Slice of toast covered in avocado and cucumber

Avoca-do or do not, there is no try. Puns aside, there’s an exciting development just off Bayshore Boulevard in the city of Tampa. That development is Barvocado, a full on avocado bar!

Billed as Florida’s very first avocado bar, this tasty new concept is located inside Swami Juice. Every chef-inspired dish here features avocado. While there are myriad salads to choose from, we’re all here for the toast, right?

The avocado smash is also a go-to. Sink your teeth into avocado with heirloom tomato, watermelon radish, with micro greens balsamic glaze.

If you’re not digging the avocado menu, Swami Juice serves up healthy cold pressed juices and açaí bowls.

The juices and smoothies here feature zero preservatives and added sugars. It’s a natural rush at this local joint.

Swami’s hydraulic press uses thousands of pounds of pressure to extract their juice without applying any heat. This results in the most nutrient-dense, delicious juice you’ve ever tried. Each recipe on their unique menu is formulated to contain specific beneficial properties.

Each cold pressed juice at Swami offers about 9 servings of fruits and vegetables.

Swami Juice and Bar’vocado are located at 2832 South MacDill Avenue.
