The Florida State Fair is one of the most popular events in the entire Sunshine State. It officially returns February 8-19, and tickets are on sale now. It’s hugely popular with Tampa area residents eager to hop on some thrill rides, eat the creative fried and sweet treats from vendors, and enjoy ample live performances.
An event with this kind of personality has of course gained a loyal following even outside the state. According to a 2023 study from JeffBet, The Florida State Fair is the 5th most popular state fair on TikTok.

This year’s food lineup includes pop rock pickles, fried spam grilled cheese, bang bang tacos, Oreo cinnamon buns, bacon waffle cheeseburgers, BBQ fried burritos, spicy Korean corn dogs, and lemonade funnel cake, amongst other wild dishes.
Entertainment will include live music performances, a cycle stunt show, circus performances, a thrilling aqua rock show, and lawn mower races. Attendees will also get to experience beautiful chalk art demonstrations and agricultural adventures.
