Florida Eats in Seminole Heights to permanently close

One of Seminole Heights newest food hubs, Florida Eats will officially close August 2.

The restaurant was embroiled in a legal battle with Florida Avenue Brewing over its original name, Florida Avenue Eats. Owners Greg and Ed eventually changed the name and went on making their hearty, healthy bowls.

But, not long after its debut, the restaurant will close. The owners say it’s due to circumstances beyond their control. We’re always sad to see a local business close down.

Go on out and celebrate the work and eats of this Seminole Heights before it closes on Friday night. Florida eats is located at 6605 N Florida Avenue.
