Lucia Micarelli & Leo Amuedo

Violinist Lucia Micarelli first performed with an orchestra at age 6. The Julliard-trained musician has toured with Tampa’s Trans-Siberian Orchestra, jazz trumpeter Chris Botti and singer Josh Groban, who executive produced her first album, 2004’s Music From A Farther Room. Fans of HBO’s New Orleans-set Treme will remember her as street fiddler Annie. She’s teamed with Latin-Grammy winner Leo Amuedo, a phenomenally-skilled guitarist who has played with Barbra Streisand, Caetano Veloso, Stevie Wonder and more. As a duo, they’ll explore a broad musical landscape drawing on their shared and individual influences.
