Join us for an unforgettable Seafood Beer Boil curated by our Flor Fina chefs, where coastal flavors meet craft brews in a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Set in the lush courtyard of Hotel Haya, this exclusive event features a curated multi-course seafood feast expertly paired with hand-selected beers from BarrieHaus Beer Co. Throughout the evening, the BarrieHaus team will guide you through each pairing, offering insight into the flavor profiles and brewing process behind every pour.

The evening begins with a smoked corn hushpuppy with ranch labneh, followed by a vibrant grilled watermelon and peach panzanella salad. Then, it’s time to bring on the boil! Indulge in a fresh crawfish and smoked chorizo Cubano, Florida blue crab, rock lobster dripping in garlic herb butter, boiled clams with creamer potatoes, and fire-roasted corn topped with chimi aioli and cotija. To finish, savor a cast iron peach cobbler a la mode drizzled with caramel, perfectly complemented by your final beer pairing.
