The LGS Foundation is having our 8th Annual Walk ‘n’ Wheel for LGS at All People’s Community Park & Life Center in Tampa, FL on May 6, 2023. Join us for a family friendly fun filled day featuring a 10,000 SqFt Accessible Playground, Splash Pad, Face Painting, Balloon Twister, Silent Auction, Lunch, Door Prizes, and more!
Every year, the Walk ‘n’ Wheel brings together thousands of community members in person and virtually to raise awareness and funds for the LGS Foundation’s “Finding the Cures, Together” Research Program, which drives research to find disease-modifying therapies, treatments, and a cure for LGS.
Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) is a severe epilepsy syndrome that develops in young children and often leads to lifelong disability. The LGS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals impacted by LGS through advancing research, awareness, education, and family support.
