2023 Mayoral Inaugural Ball

The Economic Club of Tampa (ECOT), in collaboration with Hillsborough Education Foundation (HEF), will host the 2023 Mayoral Inaugural Ball on Friday, May 5, 2023, at the JW Marriott, 510 Water Street, Tampa, Florida 33602.
Beyond the fun and ambience of this formal black-tie event, all proceeds enable HEF to purchase state-matched Florida Prepaid College Scholarships for low-income students who are achieving academic success through hard work and a demonstrated commitment to excellence through active participation in HEF programs. More than 300 low-income students benefit from this program annually, with a 100% graduation rate.
ECOT successfully hosted the 2015 and 2019 Mayoral Inaugural Balls to celebrate and welcome the newly elected City of Tampa Mayors, generating more than $400,000 that was matched by state dollars in support of education.
