EBBE is one of the newest restaurants in Tampa, and it’s open at 1202 N Franklin Street. This new hub offers two fixed menus that provide multi-course tasting experiences to diners – and the entrees blend Florida fresh ingredients with Scandinavian classics. Visitors can enjoy wine pairings with each dish, non alcoholic options are available, too.

- Eel – pollen – foie gras paired with Gray Randolph Chardonnay
- Duroc Pork – toffee shallot – apples paired with Caroline Parent Hautes Cotes de Nuits Pinot Noir
- Rhubarb – sorrel – black currant paired with Philip Togni ”Ca togni”
- Salmon roe – saffron – dill paired with Hermann Moser Karmeliterberg Gruner Veltliner
- Eclair – Morells paired with Domaine Petit Metris Chenin Blanc
