Doodle Noodle Bar is one of my favorite lunch spots in Tampa. This dreamy restaurant makes you feel like you’re dinging inside the pages of a storybook, and the craft cocktails, vibrant teas, and hearty bowls turn fantasy into culinary reality. The owners have just announced that Doodle Noodle Bar is expanding with a new drive-thru location at 1202 E Fowler Ave.
There’s no official opening date, but it should open sometime in spring 2024, according to Doodle Noodle’s Instagram announcement.

“What better way to celebrate our 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY today than to announce the coming of the 2nd Doodle Noodle Bar,” wrote Doodle Noodle’s owners on social media. “We are filled with so much gratitude and appreciation for all of the love we have been shown over the past year.”
The full menu features exquisite items such as steamed dumplings, crab rangoon, squid on a stick, fried tofu, and pho dac biet (eye round steak, brisket, meatballs, tripe, tendon).
I highly recommend the Buddha Bowl (loaded with crispy tofu), or the beef short rib pho. The aroma of the short rib will give you the coziest fall vibes imaginable. The fresh strawberry lemonade with strawberry boba is a beautiful fruit explosion. The spring rolls dipped in peanut sauce are so addicting.
The original doodle noodle bar is located at 9620 W Linebaugh Avenue in the Westchase area. You can keep up with the restaurant on Instagram and its website.
