Developers break ground on two 6-story office centers in Tampa Heights

Tampa Heights is on the rise, literally. The addition of Heights Public Market, an absolutely exceptional food hall, and The Pearl, a luxury apartment tower, have elevated the area’s reputation. It’s not only buzzed about in Tampa, it continues to garner national attention. Soon, a creative office center will join the two in Tampa Heights.

SoHo Capital just broke ground on the 6-story office center and have announced at least two exciting tenants. One, WeWork, is one of the most popular and fastest growing co-work spaces in the country. They’re currently planning an aggressive Florida expansion and we’re unsurprised the company’s decided to set new roots in Tampa.
