DalMoros, the first ever fresh pasta to-go restaurant in the world, first expanded to Florida with a location in downtown St. Pete back in 2021. Now they’re setting their sights on the city of Tampa, specifically Armature Works in Tampa Heights. The eclectic food hall has just added this Italy-based foodie destination to its roster. Visitors can watch the pasta get made right before their eyes. We highly recommend experiencing the pesto sauce when you visit. For those curious, vegan and vegetarian options are on the menu.
DalMoros was founded in 2012 in Venice, Italy by Chef Gabriele Dal Moro. Since its debut, DalMoros has expanded to Barcelona, Toronto, Annex, Vaughan Mills, and Square One in Canada. Their St. Pete location off of 6th Street and Central Avenue has become a hotspot for something gourmet on the go. As a crisp enters the Florida air, we can’t think of anything more satiating than a cup of fresh linguini.

DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go uses only the highest quality ingredients to produce five special varieties of fresh pasta: fusilli, spaghetti, gnocchi, bigoli and linguine. Customers can also choose from 9 artisan sauces: Napoletana, Fattoria, Ai Formaggi, Pesto, Carbonara, Bolognese, Ragù d’Anatra, Nero di Seppia and Frutti di Mare.
Tiramisu to-go is on the menu. All pastas are made from scratch right in front of diners and entrees are served in small to-go containers for easy carry out. The official opening date is still TBA, but Armature Works will make an announcement as soon as the restaurant is ready to serve the public.
