Daddy O’s Patio debuts in Historic Ybor City

Daddy O’s Patio has arrived in Historic Ybor City. The concept officially opened on June 10 just down the block from popular spots such as Blind Tiger, and Stone Soup Company. Many will recognize the location as the old La Tropicana spot at 1822 E 7th Avenue. You can make reservations now on the restaurant’s website.

The menu has a few appetizing options sure to lure you in:

Cajun Chicken Fingers: 12 Free range chicken sliced, battered, then fried to perfection.

Lobster Fries: A basket of house fries doused in creamy lobster cheese sauce and chunked with lobster

Big Daddy’s Lobster Mac and Cheese Stuffed Turkey Leg: Daddy O’s famous turkey leg drum tenderized, smoked, and stuffed with house-made lobster mac ‘n cheese.

Oxtail Stew: 8-hour braised oxtails served over rice with Mama’s mac ‘n cheese and southern- style collard greens

D’Usse Lamb Chops: Three marinated lamb chop lollipops based and seared to perfection served with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus

The Crown Peach Cobbler Cheesecake is currently on our minds in the That’s So Tampa office, too.

Daddy O’s has a robust beer, wine, and cocktail menu, but the premiere beverage may be the boozy Sugar Daddy. The adult slushy is made with Cîroc Summer Watermelon, Sour Apple & Watermelon Syrup, Topped with candies.

Hours are:

Monday-Thursday: 4-11pm

Friday: 4pm-midnight

Saturday: 11am-2am

Sunday: 11am-9pm
