Cross-Bay Ferry returns to Tampa Bay this November

Good news for Tampa and Burg residents looking to experience the best of both worlds in Tampa Bay, the Cross-Bay Ferry is slated to return in November 2018 for its second run!

The ferry’s pilot project was a radical success, carrying over 40,000 passengers between the two cities between November 2016 and April 2017.

The ferry will dock just outside the Tampa Convention Center and carry riders to the Vinoy Marina in St. Pete.

Ferry service is scheduled to run seven days a week with one way adult tickets capped at $8 with children 4 and under riding for free! Discounts will also be available to seniors, military and students.

So, park once and enjoy the best that our neighbors in St. Pete have to offer — minus the headache of traffic crossing the Gandy and Howard Frankland bridges.

Did you ride the Cross-Bay Ferry when it launched the first time?
