Strategic Property Partners, LLC announced that Crisp & Green, the national health-focused fast-casual restaurant, will open on Friday, April 14 in Water Street Tampa’s Via Corazon (1055 E Cumberland Ave), across from the Cora residential development and on the ground floor of the East Cumberland Avenue parking garage. The Water Street Tampa location will be Crisp & Green’s first in Tampa and fifth in Florida.
The health-focused restaurant is offering some specials deals during their opening weekend. On Friday, April 14, from 11am-1pm diners can get 50% off online orders with code TAMPA50. More grand opening festivities are set for Saturday, April 15. From 10:30am-1:30pm that Saturday guests can enjoy 1 signature salad or grain bowl for free. Crisp & Green joins other health-focused restaurants in the neighborhood such as Naked Farmer and Fit Bowl Co. A similar restaurant, SweetGreen, also made its debut not far in neighboring Tampa Heights.

Crisp & Green brings healthy eats to Water Street

Major new openings in downtown Tampa
Crisp & Green adds another sought-after dining option to Water Street Tampa, where SPP has signed leases with nearly 50 retailers to date. The restaurant will be located across from residential development Cora and will join a variety of national, regional and local retailers and restaurants throughout the neighborhood, including GreenWise Market, Cava, Dwell Home Market, Yura Vine Brothers and Wagamama.
These restaurants are open in Minnesota, Colorado, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Texas. The company has 195 stores built or in development across 19 states.
