Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Florida’s largest law firm, announced on May 11 it was moving into a 42,500-square-foot space at the Westshore 500 building (500 N Westshore Blvd). The massive law firm will take the fifth floor, the seventh floor, and part of the sixth floor, according to a release.
Westshore 500 offers 130,350-square-feet of total space. The 10-story office building is a signature piece of property in the Westshore District. Cole, Scott, & Kissane is actually downsizing from its current home. The law firm is moving from its current 49,700-square-foot office in Tampa with over 100 attorneys plus staff.

Largest law firm in the state sets roots in Tampa
The move should be complete by fall 2023. Once complete, the law firm will be the largest tenant in the 10-story office building. They currently has offices in 13 locations throughout the state of Florida. From Cole, Scott, & Kissane, P.A.:
