Hot new coffee shop alert: Cass Street Coffee is opening inside the revitalized Floridan Palace Hotel (905 N Florida Ave). The local coffeehouse will be the area’s newest location for quick and casual refreshments, serving breakfast and lunch options, in addition to La Colombe coffee. The coffee shop will host its official grand opening Wednesday, August 16 from 9 am to 11 am featuring complimentary tastings and a ribbon cutting with Mayor Jane Castor and the Tampa Bay Chamber.
Cass Street Coffee Company is partnering with Local Mini Donut Co. to serve fresh donuts every morning along with a broad selection of baked goods, oatmeal, and yogurt parfaits. The Tampa coffee shop will offer guests a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, bowls, wraps, and salads made to order.

The cafe also offers catering services for area businesses including continental breakfast, afternoon coffee break, or an assortment of sandwiches, salads, and wraps for customizable luncheon platters. Catering orders can be made by email at info@cassstreetcoffee.com.
Cass Street Coffee’s menu is available for pickup and delivery to Downtown Tampa, using third-party delivery apps including, but not limited to: Uber Eats and Doordash. The coffee shop will be open seven days a week from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The Dan, a hot new restaurant and craft cocktail bar, also recently opened inside The Floridan Palace Hotel.
