The C House Bringing Champagne, Charcuterie and Cheesecake to Seminole Heights

Another day, another development in the booming Seminole Heights area.

For those who love the sweet residue of alliteration, this place is a dream come true. The C House creators are purveyors of fine champagne, charcuterie, cheesecake and other consciously-curated goods — all of which, the owners note, start with the letter “c.” While we wait for an official menu update we’ll let our ravenous imaginations run wild with all the possibilities. Crepes, corn bread, carrot cake, coconut rice, clam chowder, you get the picture. What C foods would you like to see pop up on the menu. An official opening date is still TBD. If you pass by their space at 6005 North Florida Avenue you’ll see a new paint job. Their progress complements the anticipated additions of Casita Taqueria, Bodega, The Wine Bar Cafe and Twisted Sun Rum Company to the neighborhood on the rise.
