The summer is nearly here in the Tampa Bay region and the award-winning Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has announced its enhanced summer celebrations. These festivities include fireworks displays, rides after dark, drink specials, and live entertainment. Park goers will be sure to enjoy the magnificent Iron Gwazi when they visit — the park’s brand new record-breaking hybrid coaster.
Give your day of adventure and entertainment an epic ending as Bush Gardens’ splashes the summer sky with colorful pyrotechnics. Experience the light show filled with fireworks, fountains, and special effects every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night (plus Memorial Day and the 4th of July) at 9:15pm on the Festival Field. The fun begins May 27 and carries through August 7.
To celebrate the summer season, guests age 21 and up can enjoy a complimentary 7 oz. beer sample once per day at Pantopia Drinks & Snacks beginning May 31. Back by popular demand, a revamped Cirque de Soleil show brings all-new music to the Stanleyville Theater for the summer. Guests can witness the extraordinary talent of cirque-style performers undertaking edge-of-your-seat feats alongside an electric ensemble of dancers. Cirque Electric runs every Friday through Monday with shows at 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm.
There’s also an all-new Gwazi Beats show with drums, dancers, and stilt walkers. Guests will be able to enjoy music at three different DJ dance stations.
Park goers can cool off while viewing a live ice skating show at Bush Gardens: the world-class skating of Turn It Up. They’ll offer daily performances inside the Moroccan Place Theater. This award-winning show celebrates skating with contemporary performances, aerial moments and eclectic pop music.
