The best new bottle shop in Tampa has arrived: Bottlesmith. Just across the street from the exceptional Willa’s, and next door to Rome & Fig, this quaint and meticulously curated shop for beers, wines, and spirits is complemented by a black and yellow sketch mural by the prolific Chad Mize.
Bottlesmith opened its doors in early 2023, and it’s your “neighborhood bottle shop reinvented.” Post up at one of the cozy yellow seats and enjoy a window view while sampling some of the best wines and bubbles in town. “Hey Tampa! We’re Bottlesmith,” wrote owner Nicole Johnson in an opening announcement. “Featuring an elevated offering of beer, wine, and gourmet food options.”
Bottlesmith also offers non alcoholic spirits
This is an elevated in-store shopping experience with an entire space dedicated to the best bubbles and brown liquors in Tampa Bay. In addition to wines, beers, and spirits, Bottlesmith also offers all of your charcuterie board essentials. The staff here is absolutely ready to let you know which savory snacks pair best with whatever nectar you’re picking up that day.
You can also browse non alcoholic wines and beers in store. So there’s really something for everyone at your next soiree. Shoppers can customize their own four pack for local brews. Johnson and her crew are exceedingly well versed in the world of fine drinks, so they can always help guide your endeavor. They can also put together packs and gift baskets for any and all occasions.
Browse Bottlesmith’s Instagram for a glimpse at what they offer, and for any new arrivals. Johnson notes that they also plan to hosts tasting events around the Tampa area. The shop is located at 311 N Rome Avenue.
