The Seminole Hard Hotel & Casino just keeps getting sweeter (and boozier). In early December 2019 the Sugar Factory officially opened at the casino. It’s basically Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory for adults. The candy shop/bar features bubbly cauldrons of boozy candy cocktails, in addition to ample non-alcoholic options. Try the vibrant sliders, or the insurmountable ice cream dish complete with sparklers and decorative cones.
A similar concept is debuting this winter at the casino, Aubi & Ramsa. The chic alcohol-infused ice cream shop opened its first Tampa location at 442 West Kennedy Boulevard back in September 2019. Its set to open its second location at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino this winter.

Aubi & Ramsa’s menu includes champagne sorbets like the The Tangerine Mimosa, made with Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut. You can also sink your teeth into a strawberries and rosé flavor that already has us feeling bubbly. Time to clink the spoons.
Feeling bold? Sample the Kentucky Creme Brûlée. It’s an organic vanilla pudding ice cream made with Four Roses Single Barrel and caramelized sugar sprinkles. Yea, sign us up.
There’s also a Jack and Chocolate flavor, and an Old Fashioned scoop made with Woodford Reserve Double Oaked and Cointreau. You can see a full menu on Aubi & Ramsa’s website.
