Each year, Bearss Groves (14316 Lake Magdalene Blvd) captivates locals and visitors alike with its MASSIVE pumpkin. This is more than a great pumpkin, we’re talking about a gourd weighing in at roughly 868 pounds. It is set to be on display for the next two weekends beginning on October 19.

A massive 868-pound pumpkin, sourced from Indiana, arrives at Bearss Groves, drawing in both locals and visitors eager to see Florida’s largest pumpkin. This impressive gourd has become an Instagram-worthy fall tradition, attracting crowds from across the state.
The giant pumpkin greets shoppers and families right at the entrance of the farmer’s market. Visitors can explore a variety of fresh produce, plants, herbs, and seasonal favorites like farm-grown flowers, Christmas trees, wreaths, and even cacti. Bearss Groves welcomes pets too, making it a fun outing for the whole family.
