Barberitos, the fast-casual eatery known for its fresh, customizable burritos and bowls, is opening its first Tampa Bay location on September 19. Located at 7021 E Fletcher Ave in Temple Terrace, this new spot promises to serve up bold southwestern flavors to local residents and the University of South Florida community.
Siblings Matt and Austin O’Neill, Tampa natives and passionate food lovers, own and operate the new Barberitos. “We’re beyond excited to introduce Tampa to its very first Barberitos,” said Matt O’Neill. “Our ingredients are fresher, our veggies tastier, and our guac and salsas absolutely delicious-er. We put the ‘er’ in everything we do—because you can’t spell Barberitos without it! Tampa, get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t find anywhere else.”
