Anchor and Brine has long teased its debut. Its seafood towers include juicy scallops, lobster, and clams. The restaurant also features a full raw bar with oysters from the East and West Coast, as selected by the chef.

Large plates include Floridian snapper, butter poached lobster tail, grass-fed NY strip steak, and bone-in pork chop.
As far as sides go, we’re extraordinarily curious about the roasted mushrooms with maple butter. Anchor and Brine also offers a huge list of wines, beers, and cocktails. Treat yourself to the Hemingway daiquiri made with Havana Club Rum, fresh lime and grapefruit, and luxardo.
