Owner Roula Thibaudeau and her husband whip up big batches of super thick, melty cookies, serving them fresh from their bakery box window every Saturday. This mini but mighty cookie company bakes everything inside Pro Kitchen Hub, conveniently located right next door (in the same plaza as the equally great State Flour Bakery).
American Cookie Co. now offers statewide shipping across Florida. Customers simply need to place their orders by Friday, and the cookies are baked fresh and shipped out on Monday morning. Deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
Craving a big cookie? You can order ahead online, or take your chances by swinging by any Saturday from 12pm-6pm to see what’s available. Their exquisite red velvet cookie, drizzled with white chocolate and packed with white chocolate chips, is almost too pretty to eat. They’ve also teased a new seasonal pumpkin cookie that looks sensational. 
A sweet spot that opens up just once a week
The classic chocolate chip cookie is pure perfection, delivering a decadent punch with chocolate chips that stretch into delicate threads when you pull it apart.
Recent offerings include a super fun Chocolate Sundae Cookie and a transfixing PB&J Cookie.
American Cookie Co will also post up at Armature Works Second Sunday Market from 11am-3pm on October 13. The market is located at 1910 N Ola Avenue.
