The national spotlight will be on Tampa Feb. 9 when the season 4 premiere of Nightwatch airs on A&E. The acclaimed series chronicles the brave first responders in Tampa between the hours of 8pm and 4am. Storied show runner Dick Wolf co-executive produces the series.
The public will get to witness the heroic efforts and deeds of Tampa police officers, firefighters and paramedics in our growing city. Nightwatch predominantly focused on the historic streets of New Orleans during its last three seasons.
In celebration of the premiere, Tampa Theatre is hosting a free community screening on Feb. 8, the night before it airs on television. Doors to the event open at 6pm and the screening begins at 6:45pm. Member of Film Tampa Bay, Tampa Fire & Rescue and the Tampa Police Department will be in attendance.
Following the screening, first responders featured in the episode will lead an audience Q&A. You can learn more about the screening on Tampa Theatre’s website.
