Boozy ice cream is our favorite dessert, and a new shop that combines liquor and the frozen treat just opened. Welcome to Tampa, Aubi & Ramsa.

The 21+ ice cream shop just debuted at 442 West Kennedy Boulevard. The Miami-based brand takes your favorite fine wines and liquors and uses them beyond their liquid state.

The handcrafted treats sound divine, and we are so thankful it’s ice cream weather year-round in Florida.

Aubi & Ramsa’s menu includes champagne sorbets like the The Tangerine Mimosa, made with  Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut. You can also sink your teeth into a strawberries and rosé flavor that already has us feeling bubbly. Time to clink the spoons.

Feeling bold? Sample the Kentucky Creme Brûlée. It’s an organic vanilla pudding ice cream made with Four Roses Single Barrel and caramelized sugar sprinkles. Yea, sign us up.

There’s also a Jack and Chocolate flavor, and an Old Fashioned scoop made with Woodford Reserve Double Oaked and Cointreau. You can see a full menu on Aubi & Ramsa’s website.

The owners are set to open another shop in the city at The Hard Rock Tampa this fall.
