Under head coach Alex Golesh, the Bulls are headed to their second consecutive bowl appearance. USF wasted no time taking control of the game, jumping out to a 28-0 first-quarter lead before Tulsa managed its first down. By halftime, the Bulls were in full command with a 42-7 lead.

USF’s offense was unstoppable, racking up 454 yards in the first half alone, while averaging an impressive eight yards per play.
