Andrew Tambuzzo of The Boozy Pig, a butchery and kitchen, will complete a butchery demonstration of a half hog while answering questions and sharing his butchery knowledge, hog farming experiences, and fondness for making charcuterie and sausage. A charcuterie grazing board precedes the demon, which is followed by a dinner sourced from local providers.
