Tampa’s newest natural wine bar is now open 1724 N Nebraska Ave. Ahead of its opening, La Setima has popped up and served up some exceptional vegan eats and perfect natural wines across the region. The team behind the bar, owners Ryan Fouche and Aaron Schaub who many know from Jug + Bottle, and Coral Carrasquillo have created the coolest new space in the city.
La Setima announced its opening in an Instagram post. Beginning November 23, they’re ready to serve the city. A plant-based menu is in the works, and it will be one of the only spots in the city to focus on natty wines. After the November 23 debut, La Setima will be open Wednesday through Sunday, from 5pm-midnight.

Side note: if you’re interested in some historical drama, the Tampa Bay Times covered the debate over Setima or Septima back in 2012. The name itself means “Seventh.”
La Setima will have a full vegan kitchen in addition to its exquisite selection of wines, accord to a report by Creative Loafing.
Follow La Setima on Instagram to keep up with upcoming events, and menu updates. This new wine bar is by the same minds behind Jug & Bottle, home of 3 Dot Dash vegan kitchen.
