Pride on the River is Tampa’s inaugural end of summer celebration of pride that takes place along the Hillsborough River and culminates with a family-friendly evening of entertainment, activities and more presented by Winn Dixie.
This all day event will celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and love here in the city of Tampa. Prepare for boat parades, great drinks, and a fireworks extravaganza. Pride on the River is an official Tampa Pride, Inc. event. Tampa Pride, Inc. is a 501.c3 non-profit.

Tampa Pride’s mission is to organize year-round events, culminating in an annual Pride event that celebrates members of the LGBTQ+ community in Tampa and the surrounding areas.
Fireworks, parades and more during Pride on the River
Here’s everything that’s going down during Pride on the River on September 18:
1pm: Drag Brunch Hosted by Brianna Summers at Marriot Water Street’s Anchor & Brine
Tickets Available
3pm: Pride Boat Parade commences at Garrison Channel
4pm: Pride on the River Festival at Armature Works Pier. Free to the Public/VIP Tickets Available
8:15pm: Fireworks Show. Viewable from Tampa Heights
Celebrate Pride along the Hillsborough River
Pride’s Official Pride on the River Drag Brunch is hosted by Brianna Summers and will feature a star-studded cast at Anchor & Brine. The seating will take place at 1pm and end just as the Diversity Boat Parade kicks off in Garrison Channel, just outside the Tampa Marriott Water Street Hotel.
The diversity boat parade culminates at the Riverside Festival outside Armature Works for an afternoon of music, performances and family-fun on the Pier. This event is free to public with a limited number of tickets available for the VIP area. Come enjoy the festivities and end the night with a beautiful fireworks show.
